Comprehensive Warranty
Your Sun Home infrared sauna comes with a limited lifetime warranty (7 years) on cabinetry and heaters, and 3 years on controls. Our infrared heaters have an estimated operational life of at least 30,000 hours. With daily sauna use, these heaters will last over 100 years. All Sun Home sauna cabins are both kiln dried and air dried to 7% moisture content then each panel is pressed. This process prevents any warping or cracking of the wood. All electrical components in your Sun Home sauna are manufactured to exacting standards and every sauna is tested and run for several hours before it ships out.
In the rare event an issue occurs with your sauna, the warranty covers the entire sauna – heaters, controls, electrical components, and wood, as well as the built-in audio system.
